Staff behaviour is not good . Lake of information staff need more training. Useless branch.

Very poor branch. Waiting times are often 10-15 minutes for the counter. And when paying in a large sum of cash they "lost" £1000 for a few minutes until it showed up again. Very unprofessional and understaffed.

Not been to this branch for a long time, but even though i had to wait (Couldn't be helped) the person i spoke to was fantastic! I wish i had remembered her name. I had to break a long term ISA and the lady got it sorted without issue. Thanks again!
