I love this bank help full and near my house friendly star kep it up

My worst experience ever in a bank. One "man", M. M., started to ask me all kind of personal questions, making unrespectful comments. I had to watch a stupid video. Time went by, and then he saw that there was a mistake in my water bill, because of the water company. And he said he couldn´t open my bank account. So I wasted one week to have the appointment, and then there I had to put up with this guy, for nothing. Don´t go to Lloyds, ever, or you will waste your time, and you will have to listen stupid comments.

Twin atm's as well as more staff would speed things up. Make some change to your image unless you don't want to keep up with modern times. Asda behind which is a decent walk got 3 atm's, HSBC's got 3 as well why are you falling behind with 1 & a understaffed branch?

Never enough staff, quing outside the doors, I try not to use this branch anymore.
