This bank used to be fantastic, would have given it 5 stars a couple years ago, but now its not even a proper bank, there is nothing left, literally a shell of its former self. The queues are diablolical, theres never any staff, its a real shame

Since moving to Nottingham, this Bulwell branch has to be the worst branch. Their Spondon branch was great (which they closed); this branch is terrible. Every time I go in there is a long queue nearly out the door and I always know that I'm probably going to be in there all morning waiting to be served. I really hate going into the Bulwell branch.

This branch is great , today I went to Brasford branch just to show proof of identity and they said I need to make an appointment, they had an empty bank with 3 members of staff or go town or Arnold, I came to Bulwell and asked to make an appointment and they saw me there and then and only had 2 members of staff visible ... 10/10 customers service here.. thank you

Used to be a good branch but recently hours been reduced and never enough staff on. Needs paying in machines then i won't have to wait for stupid stuff SERIOUSLY NEEDS A UPDATE!!

There are too racist.this is my friend winning receipt and he was try to make found to his friend or his account but they were refusing to except and after complaints still ignored him .some people's take advantage of certain rules to be insulting others
