Went into Bulwell branch this morning with my elderly father. Didn't get the young man's name but he was so helpful & left the branch feeling what a good experience it had been.
Bulwell branch.nAlways long queue ,with staff standing around, all the employees seem to go out of there way to try and make you uncomfortable and like it's there moneynLeave your problems at home lloyds staff.
After nothing but a loyal Lloyds bank customer. Had my first ever account with Lloyds Bank. Staff are Nice at this branch. Staff are nice at the lower parliament street branch. I got a Notification on my phone saying my Lloyds Bank account has been permanently Suspended, security department blocked my Halifax and Bank of Scotland accounts Aswell permanently. I am devastated. At the same time I’m happy to move all my money to my HSBC account as the staff there care and they are lovely. They don’t force me on machines or any of the customers like Lloyds and Halifax do. Will switch Halifax to NatWest. I am disgusted with the Lloyds Bank fraud department. I will never trust any Lloyds Banking group services and I will not open any accounts with Lloyds or Halifax again. Heartbroken and disgusted will always thank HSBC for being nice to me!
EVERY single time I have to use this branch, it’s never a quick visit! Long queues, staff standing around doing nothing - this morning system down yet again!!!
Very nice staff, but long queues. But llyods knows that because they have SHUT down so many branches. I don't want Internet banking I'm NOT a robot I'm a human being who wants human to human contacr
