One star is being kind. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.!!! After purchasing a car we noticed faults within the first week. Gearbox and clutch being two of them. Arrangements were made for repairs to be carried out and a courtesy car supplied (which they don't have to do). Week 1. Informed the ramps were occupied but some smaller repairs were being done. Car would be back the following week. Week 2. Ramps still occupied but the car will be with you by next week. Later that week received a call to say that the courtesy car has no MOT and hasn't had one for 7 days now.!! Can we arrange to have one done. We did and funds were returned to us. Week 3. Car finally on the ramps. Gearbox sent away and smaller repairs done. Car will be with you next week. Week 4. Engine management light comes on in the courtesy car. Make a call to explain to be told "if it's still running - don't worry". Then discovered that small repairs on our car were in fact bodged, worked temporarily and now new parts will be fitted. Your car will be with you in the morning. Meanwhile, the courtesy car breaks down.! We're stranded.! Called to inform them of this to be told "we can not help, leave the vehicle, and we will retrieve it. You will need to find your own way home - sorry". After finding a way home for us and their car (kids in tow), and a formal complaint to their head office, we were guaranteed delivery of our vechial the next day by noon. The next day 12:00 call to see if the car has left " yes left 15mins ago" (we live in Derbyshire, their depo is Nottingham) 14:00 hours and still no car.!! Another call to head office to complain resulted in verbal abuse including being swore at.! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer relations. Lied repeatedly. Swore at by head office.!! - Disgraceful.!! Denied paper evidence of the work carried out on our car. Customers should NEVER have to worry about MOT on a courtesy car. AVOID AT ALL COST.!!

I bought a car from them 3 month ago and have a lot of problems with it. Had many faults with the car and when I brought back car to fix it, they said that will fix it, but after week I get the car back with same faults. They mess with you all the time and they do not want to fix the car and they are working together with KAM service Nottingham - Bulwell, NG6 9DQ The manager of this service report that problems are fixed, but actually not. This happening 5 times already and they lie all the time. I'm not recommend to borrow car from East Midlands Car Finance, because all cars are faulty. The people who are working in this company are unfair.
