Had a none-fault car accident and this garage were absolutely spot on. The lady on reception explained things to me really well with regards to my car repairs and stages it goes through. After a major accident to our 12 month old car, Nationwide Car Clinic, Scunthorpe, did an excellent repair job to our very damaged vehicle. Special mention need to be given to Danielle, on reception, who always answered the phone courteously and answered our queries professionally. Dan the engineer who was very patient with us and explained every step to my husband. Rick the Manager who was courteous and understanding to our enquiries and in particular Stuart the lovely man who delivered our repaired car back to us with a smile and genuine friendliness. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you to Lawrence for his visit and prompt arrival to assess our car for repair. He had a pleasant and friendly manner and explained all he needed to do for his report.

After a 60mile rear shunt this repair was going to be a big test but Scunthorpe car clinic came through with flying colours, thanks to all the staff for their work and communication, especially Stewart who went the extra mile for us. Mr D.K.Lowe.

Can't fault them,  informative throughout initial inspection,  quote,  courtesy car and my cars required work.  Nice customer service and paint job itself is flawless.
