I had an excellent experience buying my used mini. Very straight forward & Andy was responsive to my requirements without any hard sell. This is the second time I’ve used Mini in Harrogate & I wasn’t disappointed the second time. Over all a pleasant & productive experience

A visit to Harrogate yesterday to look into options to purchase my first car and i had the pleasure of meeting Claire one of your sales advisors who had come highly recommended! although i am just starting out on my driving adventure Claire was amazing she knew everything there was to know! and fully explained her thoughts and recommendations which i will be following! she had the answers to all my questions and i cant wait to go back to to see her very soon! she was super knowledgeable and funny! which was great to see and made everything really really easy for me! and made me really relaxed about everything so i will be returning really soon and cant wait to purchase my first mini!

My mini had the engine light appear and although the dealership was booked up Ryan managed to fit me in. I left the car with them as it couldn't be driven,  and they managed to sort it sooner than expected. I also had to take my dog with me to collect the car and they were very welcoming of my super excited pup   I would definitely use them again the service was excellent.

We had excellent service from the whole of the Stratstone team whilst buying our new car. Emma and Stuart were outstanding. Very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. We have no hesitation in recommending Stratstone Harrogate. Thank you so much.

Recently had a brake service, MOT and end of warranty check. Very quick and efficient at service reception. I had booked a loan car which was ready to go. My car was ready on time. The report on my end of warranty check was comprehensive and very useful. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely use them in the future.

Brought my car in for a recall. Blown away by their customer service, they were very good to me. Probably the first main dealer I've visited where ive had decent customer service. Car was washed and vacuumed free of charge, and lent me a awesome courtesy car I didn't want to give back! Would definitely buy my next car from here. Cheers guys.

Can't recommend Stratstone Mini Harrogate enough. Leanne, Andy and the team looked after us from the moment we walked through the door on our first visit, to driving away with our new car.  Their help, support and communication was first class.  Absolutely thrilled to bits with the car and the level service provided by the team.

I recently ordered a Mini from Stratstone Harrogate. Unfortunately the day I was due to collect the car I was made redundant. I sent an email explaining that I could no longer buy the vehicle.  To my surprise Stuart called later that day saying he was really sorry about job and that they would refund my deposit.  I was so greatful and really appreciated Stuart’s kind words.  A show of humanity just when I needed it.

Five star service from the wonderful Claire and Emma. Claire dealt with us when purchasing our already loved mini. The service throughout has been throughly commendable and we appreciate every detail and effort Claire has gone to. A huge special mention to Emma as well, who joined us on our journey! There such a great team and the most loveliest people. I cannot recommend purchasing a Mini from this Centre enough! Thanks to both Claire and Emma for everything they’ve done for us!
