Big shoutout and thank you to Mo and Kez! Needed 4 new tyres on my car and these guys sorted me out quickly with no issues at all. They gave good advice and their communication was quality throughout the time they had my car. Top service

I had my car booked in for 10.30am on Saturday for my tracking doing they said there machine has broken so they have to take it somewhere else so they take it to another garage and it takes 6hrs to do tracking apparently i didn't get a phone call to say it was done or where it was going and someone I've never met before trust or know drives my car somewhere to get fixed and yet it comes back not even fixed and still it's worse than when it went i will never take it to harrogate again to get done or get tyres and i had to pay £47 to get this done it's a poor job by experts apparently i don't think so

National Tyres - Harrogate. After the school run this morning I noticed one of my tyres going flat. Stopped to put air in it to notice the valve was slow leaking. Stopped into the National Tyre on Ripon Road and asked if they can have a look. Straight away they had a look, replaced the valve and I was on my way in no time. Best part of if all was that they did not charge me!!! Thank you and Well Done.

Believe the bad reviews and don’t use this place. Booked car in for 10am, sat waiting til 10:15 for the guy with the keys to show up. He didn’t seem bothered at all and had absolutely no interest in being urgent or cracking on to make up for him keeping people waiting. Took 2 hours out of my day for them to change one single tire that I booked in specifically to be done at 10am. Not really how I wanted to spend my day off work after working all weekend. Felt bad for the guy who was on the desk though, he explained how he had been transferred to help out from a different branch this day, he seemed to genuinely care and was friendly, just a shame he has to work with someone else who clearly doesn’t care or seem to know what they are doing.

Turned up for two front tyres and sat waiting in reception 2 hours . 3 guys trying to work but spending more time on their mobiles and smoking. Was booked in for a time and it took them 1hour to get the car in to start. No one said there was any issues with been delayed when I booked in. Place seem to be run by blind monkeys. Will take my business somewhere more efficient.  Even harder when u have a 1 year old with you.  Wouldn't even gave 1 star should be no stars

I was stranded in the cold rain on Saturday, I took my motorbike wheel in and asked if they could inflate it but they point blank refused. "If you can't put air in how can I" asked the bloke in the tyre shop, That inflates tyres for a living, to me, someone changing a tyre in a pub porch to keep out of the weather. I had to hitch a lift home and come back with a trailer. I hope this guy needs help one day and is also refused it.

Great service friendly staff. Got my tyre fixed quickly and without fuss

Disgraceful con artists. Took my car here on Friday to replace rear pads and discs. They phoned me up to say fronts also need changing so the price went from £260 to £770. I said no just do the rears please. 30 mins later another call to say both rear calipers are seized so would be £760 all in. I said no and was pressured in to the interest free payments. Said no just leave the whole thing then. Come Monday, mobile mechanic replaced both rear discs and pads, confirmed the calipers weren't seized at all and all done at my own home for less money. Just goes to show they weren't happy doing one little job without trying to charge for unnecessary extras

Thanks to kind and helpful staff. Inflated my tyres today no charge, "happy to help " Excellent service.
