Fantastic service, all done in two days. The drivers were very professional, and early in collecting the vehicle, and had the vehicle back to us in Rapid time. Thank you to Chris and Micheal. Sorry but the online review centre does not work.

Update: Changed to from 1 star to 3 stars I had a phone call from the main manager of the office. He apologised for any misunderstanding on behalf of his colleague and made it very clear that he would do a full investigation. He also offered some additional repairs as a good will gesture. I really was not expecting this at all and I am very appreciative that the matter was dealt with so professionally. Truly restored my faith in this organisation and I feel a lot better about leaving my car there. Hopefully once my car is ready I can update my rating even further! _______________________________________________________ Five days after they were supposed to call me back...I rang this garage twice to arrange to drop off my wife's car and pick up a courtesy car. On both occasions I was told that this would be ready for me. I even arranged a time to pick up the car. When I got there...I was told that the car would take at least an hour to be ready as they had to go through another hire company. I made the mistake of suggesting that it would be nice if I was told this as I had my family was with me and we had another engagement at 6.00pm. Instead of a simple apology or reassurance that they were doing the best they can. The service manager told me that this was common sense! As well as suggesting I was somewhat stupid, he also explained to me that if I was not happy I could take my car to Huddersfield instead. (My car was seriously damaged and it was dangerous to drive). I was appalled at this treatment and asked if he was happy for me to record his response. He declined but fortunately a customer who witnessed this gave me her contact details and is happy to go on record with the way I was spoken to. Even the service manager's colleague understood why it would be nice to have been told about a long wait. However; he was unable to get his boss to see my side of things. If Hastings Insurance are to recommend someone like Nationwide...perhaps they could check that their customers are not going to be treated like dirt?

From a reputable company which was recomended by my insurance company i have never used such cowboys. How an organisation of such a reputable standard can be soo appaling I do not know. When my vehicle went in for the repair the vehicle itself had only 1000 miles on it and a full tank of fuel. The repair centre lost the locking nut key and tried to forward the charge to myself! the work in which was carried out was poor as it failed an inspection from the lease company! Returned my vehicle with reserve fuel. Waited over 4 months for an invoice to arrive. (only did arrive after a number of phone calls requesting the invoice) The staff at Nationwide Bradford could better themselves with some manners or maybe a GCSE in English! Specificlly Peter Graham who was very rude, explaining how he was too busy to deal with my query and refused to help. I would strongly advise anybody NOT to use Nationwide repair centre.
