Had weekend to blackpool for friends birthday. Wonderful driver going, hotel and staff fabulous. Told return 2 pm but coach soon and rushed on with no info.  When stopped disabled pensioner struggling to get off and egnored by driver which when asked could you not help the lady was told am not a carer.  Driver then proceed to tell everyone in the services  it's OK egnor there moans av got some scum passengers. I will be making an official complaint and expect this company rewards there good staff and please get shot of the  drivers who are not even decent human beings.

We had booked 2 twin rooms as no rooms for three people. I found this odd. But the main thing was the receptionist at the national holidays. So rude, and said well we made a mistake and started being quick nasty. So i need to know where to complaint as this is not in the least bit acceptable.

totally a driver from hell, we were dumped for 2 hours and 20 minutes in the freezing cold with other passengers who couldn't even walk and we were only 40 minutes from our destination. a 3hr 50min trip was turned into 10 hrs.

My daughter Jane and i have just enjoyed a great break to Bath and the Cotswolds. The hotel was excellent , friendly staff , good meals ,clean rooms. Our driver Mark was friendly and helpful Thank you .
