They add baggage and transport on to the final cost. Last time we used them, we got a call the next day offering an earlier flight, to extend our holiday, free if charge. Took it without thinking, turned out the earlier flight Took us to Liverpool, with a connecting flight later in the day, so we got to our destination an hour earlier, but an extra day off work, and a day spent walking the streets of Liverpool! Be warned

HI,  i have seem holiday to sharm al sheikh on 1 dec 2022 for £260.00 but when i contact holiday company they quote me £387.00 if the price go up by £20-30-or40 it's ok but they charge £127.00 more so i belevie the price we see the price we pay, but they charge more . so why holiday company don't show exact price, so we know our budget. so i think holiday company show cheap price to get customer,  we are not blaming holiday discount centre, it's good web-site for holiday.

I find a holiday on this website and I book my holiday and I've been scam up by one of them Travel Agents at please advise everybody do not go to this website. Book a holiday with them. Cheap range of holidays, directs you to 3rd party sites but I've booked two from here and both been a success! Will continue to use! Better than the mainstream On The Beach type sites where they charge an arm and leg just because they are on TV. All bookings I've made have been ATOL protected too. Recommend

Have been using holiday discount centre since 2015 and have had no problem with them whatsoever.  I was about to travel to Venice 23 March 2020 but was given a full refund because of travel restrictions, would recommend.

Booked a holiday through these last year, never had a single issue.. price was slightly higher after calling but it was to be expected - wasn't a drastic increase and was still a bargain. Would use them again and have recommended to friends too.

Holiday comparing website, Deals are amazing and you wont find any cheaper. Although,  you can only book by calling the number on the website.  so thats why i give it a 3 out of 5. Calls sound like its transfered from  india?  Be prepared the price you see is not the price you pay, its a plus + Vat + service charge + tax. You are given your final cost right at the end just as they are confirming your card details... Can you believe it. You give your card details & expect that to be the total balance but then the total changes....  as british citizens have to pay extra 39.00pp to enter other countries. APPARENTLY You will be asked if you would like an upgrade with your room. Be firm but fair, they may try to haggle you but stick to your budget. Still cheaper than anywhere else. Few tips, all confirmation bookings are sent to you by email so check for incorrect spelling of your names & check all details are correct & keep emailing them until they DO. The amount of times my surname was miss spelt. Also be aware that they ask you for feedback on Facebook or gmail,  and will pester you until you do so. Once you got through all that, you can now enjoy your holiday. Goodluck

Anytime i rang about a holiday the price was always more than advertised on  their page very messy stopped using these as better ones out there

Called about a holiday in the Dominican Republic. Turned out they wanted an extra £384 than the price advertised. That was for the transfer for 2 people and one 20kg suitcase. All other places charge roughly £80 for a suitcase and for this transfer £20 per person. What an absolute rip off and quite a rude agent. Will definitely not be using this company. Save yourself a wasted phone call !
