BE AWARE SCAM!!!!!! If i could give one star i would. We called to look at a few holidays and we liked one but didn't want to commit. We asked if we could reserve the holiday and confirm after and they agreed. They took our card details to reserve and said we wouldn't be charged. After considering the holiday we called up to say we didn't want to go on that holiday and they manager started getting very hostile over the phone. He swore at us and said 'tough SH**' we are still going to charge you. SO RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Currently disputing this with our bank and trading standards!!!!
