Absolutely appalling! We found a holiday to Orlando Disney World Resort going August 2018. It was a fantastic price. We discussed it overnight and decided to book the following day online if the offer was still available. We booked and more importantly paid in full. After having received confirmation online we told our children who were incredibly excited at the prospect of such a trip. We received a phone call later that day telling us there was a mistake with the price and that we would not be able to go despite the fact we had received a booking confirmation number on the Barrhead website and an email. We were told that we would be refunded all monies paid without any attempt to offer a reasonable explanation other than that the price they themselves had on their website was incorrect and that we should not have been able to book it as we had. We can only liken the experience to buying an item of clothing in a shop, which was reduced and then being rang up later on by the store and being asked to give it back as it should never have been priced the way it was. Our children are understandably devastated with the news and we feel it was incredibly inconsiderate of the company to do this. We are now wondering how many other people have been misled in this way? Are sale prices really only sale prices if they are fake highly inflated prices, posted before being dropped down to give the illusion of savings? We are incredibly disappointed with our experience of this company and await our refund which, to add salt to the wound, will take any number of days to go back into our bank account.

Brilliant service. Myself and my fiance were able to book a dream first holiday together to Cuba at a discounted price all thanks to Fiona. Not to mention a free coffee and glass of wine while we booked. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Charged £849 for a hotel which is available through direct site and other websites for £439, told numerous different things by the staff in regards to getting reimbursed in which were all untrue and have refused to refund or change hotel, staff seem to be more interested in lining there own pockets on commission and making out that you have a great deal... which is a complete load of s***, stay away!!!

Booked 4 or 5 holidays, all through different agents, even one by phone. Experience was first class. Everyone helpful and holidays at a good price. Will match Internet prices. Excellent service. I only wish I didn't get as many follow up emails about holidays. Once a month would be fine not every few days!?

Never have I had a worse experience, they say they price comparison , They don't, I booked a hoilday I found so much cheaper, They told me to change a booking was £520.00 . I phoned the airline and they said it was £200. I think they are cheating the public. In all I could have booked this hoilday £800 cheaper Fight was cheaper on the Internet. Paid £3000. For a hoilday that could of cost a lost less . Customer service is nil. No help what so ever. Told it was all my fault. Though it was their idea. Never again will I ever deal with this company. Beware if you go through this company.
