I've been there many times. Never had a problem, food was always good, but quite long time to wait for it to be served on the other hand it's understandable when they make it fresh. Issue is customer service especially one of the waitresses is just simply rude and treats you like she is above you. As a manager I would think about retraining staff.

Good tasty food . Been in here many times in the afternoon . Good value lunch time deals . Did note that portions and have reduced though during a recent visit .

COLOURED? If Yes, be weary. Empty restaurant at 7pm. Except 2 people, but won't serve us claiming fully booked. Only one table had a reserved table marker. Management of this place is useless. Were told all tables booked for 8pm, so we offered to vacate table before 8pm and this time were told chef has long list of takeaway orders to fulfil. We were Indians, and having read a previous review wondering if that was the problem. On the plus side went to Sessions, great service, lovely pub and Thursday night curry night was very 😋

Thai Palace is a great illustration of what every restaurant should NOT be. The culture, morals and beliefs which exist within this restaurant are truly atrocious. The customer service we received was repulsive. All of the employees' (and managers') behaviours were rooted in discrimination and hatred towards others of different race. To think such people still live with this mentality is sickening. People should not eat food which has been prepared and served by those with rotten hearts. God knows what else lies behind the scenes. They Probably spit or put dirt in food for those who they hate. If you are reading this, it could be you next or it's too late. One star is too much for this restaurant, they should be happy there's no 0 star rating.
