I had a lovely time here. The manager was very considerate about my food allergy and personally made sure our food was served accordingly. The service was speedy and excellent. The food was top-notch! Definitely worth the money and would go again. Keep it up, Wagamama Maidstone!

Met a friend for lunch on a Saturday. Great friendly service, Delicious tasty food cooked to oder, nice atmosphere and clean throughout. 1 tiny bad point, not food related, toilet taps on a timer to turn off, lots if water wastage. Lovely modern restaurant feel.

A nice place to eat.the restaurant looks very clean and Service is very nice. we have visited several occasions and always had a good time eating in this location. I highly recommend

For the restaurant which is so popular, the service not so good. Went to maidstone on a family dinner night. One of the food which was my sister-in-law's favourite didn't have full ingredients. She asked one of the staff. They brought the missing ingredients on a bowl and told to mix it. We don't go to restaurants to prepare the food ourselves. She went to the manager and then finally they brought the proper dish. But no apologies at all. This is not the first time this has happened. Been to wagamama in many places, but haven't seen such poor service anywhere else.

Very poor service, never asked how our meal was. Asked if we could be seated on chairs as I have a bad back, I was informed that no seats were avaible then someone else was seated. Poor poor poor..........
