A good place for dinner and a catch up with friends. Varied menu although a little limited for vegetarians. Staff were great.

Staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Quite expensive, there is no getting round that. Though they offer a large selection of food it is not always of great quality and the portions are either massive or tiny. They do seem to have too many tables on the ground floor with many people having to interrupt other diners just to get up. My biggest gripe would be the, although this isn't just Zizzis, is the lack of proper crockery. Presenting a pizza on a plank of wood is not only ugly but unhygienic.

We dined at Zizzi Maidstone last Saturday. I would like to call out the courteous and professional manner of the lady who called our party of 9 to explain that the vouchers we wanted to use were only valid for groups of less than 8. Difficult conversation, but well- handled, and a good compromise agreed. We had a lovely family lunch with our Mother - thank you!

Friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere. Great for groups of people of all ages. Star of Zizzis ....the food 🤗
