Great staff, well maintained branch. Food is nicely cooked. Not enough ketchup bottles however and closed off the top floor with a line of customers! May be to keep up with service - which was lightning fast! Overall a good Nandos location.
It’s Nando’s - nothing classy, just east food which is always pretty tasty! It’s a quick and easy restaurant to crash down, eat quickly and get out! Service was good considering how busy, and the attention to detail following explaining my partner has a lactose intolerance was good, with the order taker shouting through to the whole kitchen about it. Pretty good all in all.
I'm haven't visited nandos in a while, not the biggest fan. Not much has changed and this branch was like a typical nandos. Visited for lunch, with a baby, high chairs available, staff were considerate about where to seat us seeing as we had a large pram. Plenty of seating upstairs. The building is old and creeky. The staff were very helpful. I had the sunset burger and chips. The bean burger has changed since I have last visited and isn't as good as it used to be. The hummus sauce is very spicy. The bottomless drinks machine has been upgraded and now there is more drinks variety, happy to see that. It would be nice if Nandos had a more interesting salad selection. As always Nandos is a safe reliable choice. Consistently good food and service.
Below standard I normally go to new Malden branch but was forced to change to Kingston today not impressed I have received half potions on my sides and my butterfly chicken looks like charcoal and is alot smaller than normal so I will be the extra mile to new Malden branch againFood: 2/5
This was the best Nando's we've ever been to! We went here for our daughter's 14th birthday on 26th August her choice, and everything was perfect. Despite being a chain, Pascal and the entire team gave us excellent service with a personal touch from start to finish. The food was great and well cooked. We will definitely be returning back here. I wouldn’t even give them a 1. My boyfriend is in hospital and the last couple of times his foods been delivered to the hospital with a problem. We ordered it tonight and all the food was missing from the delivery, only the bottle of sauce we ordered turned up. I cannot believe someone would send that order out thinking that is normal. I then tried to ring the restaurant, bear in mind the Google times say it is currently quiet which you’d expect for a Monday, but apparently not quiet enough that someone can pick up the phone. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes, each time at 10 minutes it hands up. So my boyfriends missed his dinner this evening because they can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone to resolve the order.
food was great as always, especially in terms of portion sizes. excellent service from amer yash really left an impression on me, he was extremely friendly and kind and made both my table and the table behind us feel very comfortable! leaving the five star for his service
I ordered from this one a few times - food has always come either undercooked, burnt, or dry. Today they just cancelled the order after I waited 45mins for it - they’re useless at this restaurant! Walton one is better
My experience here is lovely, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the food was deliciously made, also a lovely man that works here called Amer Yash was really down to earth and kind, his service was amazing, i definitely recommend coming here :.
We didn’t wait so long for a table. Chicken was lovely and fresh, not dry. Friendly customer services. Positive experience.
