Very friendly staff. Helpful, polite and fast. They know their menu in so you can always ask about your options. Not all branches provide this. After work its nice and cosy with a few customers in there which is great to wind down after a long day. Weekends are busy and lively in comparison.
Really felt the urge to leave a review because everything about my experience today was remarkable a sad sign of the times maybe. The staff here are excellent. Smiley, polite, extremely helpful, especially if you have young children. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff seemed happy, the food was delicious and didn't take long to arrive. As far as I'm concerned, you're doing everything right, keep up the great work.
Staff are always very welcoming and pleasant. Always a nice atmosphere, the restaurant itself is always kept at a high standard. I went there at 14:30 with a friend and we wanted pancakes but unfortunately they weren't serving them till 16:00. The staff however went out of their way to accommodate for us to have pancakes which was really very lovely. More restaurants should be like this! :
The staff are friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and good value. The restaurant area was clean and so we're the toilets. Best of all if you sit by the windows you can reach 3 pokestops! As ever I forgot to take pictures of the food .
Went there recently as a large group. The staff were brilliant James in particular was very good and the 2for1 deals provide great value for money. Lovely relaxed warm atmosphere and great cocktails. Food was spot on. Highly recommend this place.
Went on a Saturday night and the service was very quick, almost too quick! The staff were very friendly and the restaurant itself was well maintained and looked in good condition. Food was great quality and freshly made so all in all a great place to eat.
We go here alot and the food is always good ! Staff are usually fantastic This visit not very happy about service! Staff was rude 50% of the time on fairness They slapped a service charge on for 10% When there was two of us and my kid ? I questioned they said it was optional and then at the paying bit we had choice to put a gradituy which they clicked yes for us ! Was like £3 instead of £10 but not happy ! Will be avoiding for a while which is a shame because we like it there It's the little things that made this restaurant But visit was disappointing
Ok so i have been holding back reviewing Giraffe as the kids love it, but after 3 awful visits enough is enough.. This last visit entailed a long drawn out conversation with a panicked waitress over lactose intolerance and then the same conversation with the manageress where we were "educated" as to what lactose intolerance is, the fact that my SO has suffered for 30 years is besides the point. The food is nice, the service is embarrassing. Slow, one persons food brought out whilst the other waits 5 mins for theirs. The bar staff cannot mix a drink and the toilets need a good clean. Never again will we go there or recommend it.
Friendly waiting staff. Gyoza not really, more like deep fried chicken. Buns good. Ribs tender and chips tasty and not greasy. Thai duck noodles good. Not really value for money unless you get one of the offers.
We have looked at Giraffes a lot of times but were never sure if we would like it. The service was polite and friendly, and I fell in love with Katsu Chicken here! Also had the Veggie Brunch on a separate visit very good. Layout of tables could be slightly better but hope to go again soon.
