Typical Burger King branch. The resraurant cleanliness is good. The customer service js fast, and the staff are nice. However, the taste here as usual burger king. The fast service, like to finisb preparing 4 different burgers in less than 3 minutes is a Big Question whether they are pre-cooked or fresh.

This is a very busy place so it's not always as clean and tidy as one would like. The staff are usually ok as is the food but beware the cleaning staff. I rarely use public lavatories but I had a bit of a shock when using theirs recently...I went in and locked the door behind me as we all do, the next thing I knew, the door was unlocked and flung wide open for all other customers to see inside. Luckily, I had finished my business and I was washing my hands at the time but when I showed my objections, he was very rude and belligerent and more or less told me to get lost... unbelievable. Long story short, if you want to risk using the loo...you better be quick on the draw with your draws

It's a bit cold in there. Had few visits when I noticed stuff standing around talking and not really bothered about serving waiting customers. Once I was given something else than was ordered, so I asked them to swap it for me and I was told to wait on the side. I did wait for a few min and asked again when they told me to wait and that I will get my order when they ready. Not in a polite way. Store wasn't busy at the time and it was only drinks.

What I found good at Burger King was as I am Disabled it caters for you and also which is very important they had a Disable toilet down stairs 10 out of 10 for that. The Burgers are always BIG & Fresh.They do a vast variety of Burgers and Drinks.

Food is good but the place has looked the same since I was about 10 so could do with a spruce up and its cold inside plus most the staff are normally moody and dont seem all that fussed to take your order
