Went to Nando's only once, but it was not what i'd expected, it was better. Despite the long wait due to it being pretty crowded (not to be unexpected), the chicken was delicious, the sauces really helped add a zing of flavour, the drinks were amazing and the overall visit was a delight. Would definitely go there again given the chance. For the "Mild-ish" setting (I had it cause I'd never been to Nando's before), it tasted about right, and the other side was very flavourful. Gonna try Lemon and Herb flavour next time. I love the food there

I used to come here often when I lived in Reading and used to love it. Simple...but delicious. Unfortunately the last few visits have disappointed and the standard isn’t what it used to be. Today was no different. Grilled chicken was served with the skin completely torn off and was very dry. Side dishes like Rice were cold. Staff seems disinterested and it shows in the food quality. What a shame.

Gloomy and dingy décor, looks like it could do with a good clean and repaint. Paintings on walls uninspiring and miserable. Waited 30 minutes to be served, after complaining the waitress told us that is the normal length of time to wait. When meal arrived chips cold, coke had not been mixed correctly and was so sweet my wife could not drink it lucky I had water.  Menus dirty, tables sticky, chilli bottles dirty with old dried sauce around the nozzles. The surrounding hard surfaces, walls and floors, made background noises too loud to be able to hold a conversation. Tables too close together. Despite that the chicken was tasty.It does get very busy in evenings and weekends with queues waiting outside.  However personally I fail to see the attraction of this place.

Utterly horrific experience. Was late by two minutes after waiting in a 45 minute queue, so the staff member managing the hoard of people (as the store is the size of a shoebox) decides to give our table away. Don't get me wrong, Nandos is an amazing restaurant, and most of the places I go to eat it are excellent. However, this is defiantly not one of them and I will NOT be coming back here again.

Took 40 minutes to be seated, staff werent the best and the food was cold, couldnt enjoy my favourite beveridge, a ice cold refreshing fanta as the machine was broken, didn't even have a candle to put on my friends cake, *tear to my eye* absolutely digusted and utterly dumfounded, no more of this portugese muck, full english for me next time.
