I'm a big fan of spicy chicken, I ordered from here for the first time a few days ago and ordered the extra hot chicken the most spicy one but when it arrived it was below mild to say the least. I've had extra hot before, so I know what it's like. If I order extra hot, then that's what I want to get, not the staffs concern that I may not like it. I'm a bit hesitant now to order from here again. The food otherwise was very nice and fast delivery, but I would have enjoyed it more if I received what I ordered.

Attended recently to celebrate a family birthday party. Our food was delivered quite quickly and was fresh and food quality. All the staff were helpful, attentive and accommodating to our needs. Having not had nandos for a long time, we enjoyed it all the moreFood: 4/5

Came here for a quick meal before going to the cinema, with just two of us they were able to seat us immediately and provided us with menus catering to vegetarian and vegan options. Staff were friendly and organised working as a team to keep the tables clean and the customers happy, food came out in less than 10 minutes after being ordered and maintained the high standard of quality. And considering the price was much better than the other nearby food options, 100% will be having it again soon.  Vegetarian options: Good number of vegetarian options avaliable that are enjoyable  Dietary restrictions: Able to edit orders if a certain ingredient doesnt work for you.  Parking: Shared parking with the cinema so more than enough spaces  Kid-friendliness: Lots of families were there and there was a childrens menu avaliable  Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Visited this afternoon before going to the cinema, staff were lovely and friendly. Food was freshly cooked and really tasty..... All in all really enjoyableFood: 5/5

Really enjoyed our meal, shame no sweetcorn, but spicy rice was a nice change.  Good restaurant for coeliacs, really careful about gluten free....not bad for pre-diabetics either....if they had the sweetcorn!  Dietary restrictions: Good for coeliacs

This Nando's is by far the best I have been to so far, and my family and I have been to all the Nando's in the area and to other various cities. This Nando's definitely takes the cake, whether its busy or not. They have a good take on the Nando's menu in comparison to all the other Nando's we've been to. The other Nando's just slap the sauce on top of the chicken and call it done. Whereas, this Nando's; Dudley Castlegate; glazes their chicken with their sauces and not just leave a thick layer of dry sauce on top. The sides are really good in portion but the other Nando's seem to try to give you the smallest portion as possible.  One specific encounter, was very recently, with one of the managers; John. As soon as we came through the door, I knew we were going to have a great time. With his level of service as well as understanding because we made a mistake on our order and we asked if we could change it and he happily did, without hesitation. There was another member of staff, but I didn't catch her name but she also served us and she was also very pleasant.  This branch is the best out of all the others across the board; food, staff, service, cleanliness, speed, portion, time management, team work and so on.

The only reason I gave a 3 for food, was because if the leg of chicken had been any smaller it would have got lost behind the fries. Otherwise a very pleasant meal and atmosphereFood: 3/5

Food was delivered very quickly! So quickly that we were still eating out starters .... dont know if that's a good or bad thing. But the servers were brilliant and very friendly and helped with everything from seating a toddler with a seat and helping bringing over drink glasses and starters. Food portions have got very small at this nandos .... literally half of what we used to get. Hardly any chicken but mostly carbs .... Service and atmosphere was fine .... but food was not as good ....
