Recently been in the Halesowennews. Had to pay a fine, absolutely highene is absolutely on existent. Check it out, has all the pictures of the absolute filth inside the kitchen. Found numerous mouse activity.Food: 1/5

Been using Chopsticks for many years. Had friends round this evening and ordered from them. Food was abysmal, awful. Biggest waste of money ever. Standards are EXTREMELY LOW.

Absolutely horrendous service from Chopsticks. Ordered a simple two meal order for delivery. After a long call to get the order placed, waited over an hour for said order to appear. Only to learn the food had been given to a different customer, staying at the same place. What's worse is the order they had taken in, our order, was going to be handed to us when their actual order arrived!! No call for apologies, no communication to explain the delay or any food delivery. Extremely disappointed after all long day travel to not get a simple order delivered in a timely manner or in our case, not delivered at all!!

Ordered last night just before 6.00pm. Was told an hour for delivery. Fine - happy with that. Over 2 hours, 2 phone calls, a miserable delivery driver who didn't even look at me and salty, not very nice tasting curry later - won't be ordering again. Used to be great food. Appreciate difficult times, but don't lie about how long the food will be....
