Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. If I could give no stars, it would be most fair! We took a pizza take away and found three long hairs in it. Unacceptable!
Well something disturbing happened while I was here, could say it was my own fault too. Came here with my friend to quickly have a munch and I accidentally left my bag underneath one of the tables where you sit and we left for a bit went outside for about not even 10 minutes and when I realised I had left it and went back it was gone the food wasn’t the best but what can you expect from a chippy anyways it’s just awful though how the people that come to this place are horrible

I always order from here once or twice a month. Never had any complaints. The burgers are lovely. Chips are decent. The pizzas are OK but nothing to moan about really. Even when they messed up the once they replaced it immediately
Came here yesterday on break from Dudley Bus Station - ordered Meal No. 1 Standard Burger, Fries and Drink Now ... Last week it was £2.50, now it’s £3.50 - despite no prices on their menu screen as you walk in. Not a major issue, understandable they have to pay overheads, etc ... Secondly - Sadly, the burger was horrible. Was almost like a Chicken flavoured chewing gum with no taste. Had two bites and had to throw it. Thirdly - Fries. To my knowledge you fry them once and that’s that. Maybe twice. These had more crunch to them than McCoy’s crisps. The only good thing I have to say was the drink. It was cold. I won’t be returning here in future, very disappointed.
Chicken shop is decent, getting regular customers from the local colleges and schools. The best food would be the wings... not fond of the burger as I asked for chicken sizzler and was given a regular burger/original, then to find out that they don't sell the spicy burger. Overall experience was good and staff give an excellent service.
Never ever eat here, please. For years now it's been exactly the same; raw chicken, dirty fryers and equipment, sick all up the smashed up windows, a vile pungent gone-off chicken smell and wet cold chips. I truly have no idea how this place is still open, please shut down.
ordered a delivery to my work place came 15 mins late no sauces wrong dessert wrong drink so i call them back and the guy has the audacity to show me cheek. If they dont have a product in stock they should call the customer as our number is displayed on just eat. so i called them he said they didnt have chocolate cake in stock they never sent no sauces they sent the wrong drink he then in atitude says wait 30 mins. the place is utter rubbish and flilth i am a takeaway owner myself and that is deffo the worst customer service i have experienced.
Food took nearly hr an half to come initial just eat said order was on its way then said order was being prepared. I ordered a chicken burger special which is supposed to come with a hashbrown and cheese no cheese hashbrown was sloppy an for some reason there were 3 tiny pieces of brown lettuce and i dont even know what sauce the burger itself was rock solid had been completely overcooked half of it i had to cut off. My partners food on the other hand had no complaints despite the wait food did arrive hot just disappointed with the burger wasnt enjoyable at all
The owners of the chicken hut was was really nice but the chicken wasn't cook, it was only part cooked and all you can see is pink spots all inside the chicken. Also the chips have a really bad after taste. Just saying this my first time going to this place disgusting.
