A good dominos pizza outlet. Dine in, delivery and collection available. Late night options too.nnClean. Staff are average to happy. Drinks and all lit up nicely. Parking is pretty standard too.nnOverall never got an order wrong and quite modern.nn
They used to be good, but since trying Papa John's for the first time the other day, and having a recent bad experience, I won't be going back.nnI had two totally messed up pizzas 2x large, with stuffed crust/double decadence delivered, so I called them, they said they were too busy to replace them, but if I called again another day, they'd replace them, and that would have been fine. But when I called them back the following week, they said they'd give me one medium pizza, and I'd have to collect. I just don't think they believed me. Which was annoying, because I'd given them a bit of slack already.nnSo I emailed dominos,nnThe complaints procedure is full of friction, I had an email from the franchisee, which I couldn't respond to, the email address just didn't work. When I finally got my voucher for two replacement pizzas, I had to call several times to try and use them, they just kept saying it's an online voucher, even though the voucher specifically says TELEPHONE ONLY in big letters. Alas, I managed to finally use them, the bloke on the phone was gormless, and rude, said I'd have to pay extra for stuffed crust etc. I was literally ordering the exact same pizzas they messed up.nnTop tips:nnPapa John's is way better, order there instead.nnIf you do have to order dominos, Always order extra cheese, because they hardly give you any, order online because the telephone service is rubbish, and be prepared for an uphil battle if anything goes wrong. It really is just much easier to order from Papa John's
Never had a bad experience here. The pizza is always top notch and don't need to wait very long. Stuffed crust is superb. I usually collect from here, and the staff seem to know me now.
Food delivered but pizza burnt and doughballs had no cheese inside so dry and tasteless, the pizza base used to have a glaze over crust and was really tasty now its like bland cardboard and not worth the price and the loaded fries for 5.99 are a joke! No more than a handful of fries for 5.99?? Poor poor value for money
Claims on Uber eats that they have cream egg cookies...but when you order it they call you claiming they don't have them...currently getting a refund for the cookies. Should remove items or warn you when ordering if an item is not available. Good for pizzas not great for desserts
