Non existent customer relations. I waited 2 months for a delivery before cancelling through PayPal. Their Facebook page has shut down within the last 12 hours. I managed to get my money back through PayPal last week. I wish you all the luck in retrieving your hard earn cash from these cowboys. If anyone pursues a Watchdog or Trading Standards case count me in. Good Luck Anyone wanting a reputable splash company please contact Colour2Glass in Liverpool. They were a fantastic company and delivered my splash with 2 weeks.
I have had two splashbacks of them in the past. One recieved about two years ago was a gloss black item of unusual/custom shape and arrived on time and quality was spot on. The second was a custom artwork print rectangular in shape. I think it arrived on time again and the quality was spot on so all was good there. The third order was March 2018, since ordering and paying via paypal I have received an order confirmation with no reference number and then silence. I have emailed them twice and called a number of times but nothing... Companies House still have them as active as they haven't been informed of the company dissolving yet. I will open a dispute on Paypal to get my money back, such a shame as their communication and service has been excellent in the past. Clearly something has changed... Two stars given for previous two perfect deliveries but I'm being generous given the recent treatment
ordered splashback paid within 2 mins later Straight to PayPal No reference number no email . No correspondence nothing but took the money. Called emailed , now PayPal notified £157 I’m a retired man not got money to throw away.
The company have taken our money, refused to answer calls, will not respond to emails. I am nor sure if you got hold of them but we went to their offices, the balliffs visited the day before and it looks like the cowboys have run off with peoples money. The registered company address is one that is apparently used by loads of companies and has featured on the bbc, looks like we have lost our £1,200 deposit. I have also left a review on their Facebook page along with many other customers but it looks like they are either blocking people or they have closed their page
Placed an order online 15/04/2018, Paid with PayPal. No email confirmation and no reply to my email asking for an update. Dispute raised with PayPal to cancel order.
Ordered splash back. Paid in cash. Week later place is shut down. They must of know this was going to happen but still took my money £120 down the drain .phone calls being ignored. Pissed off is an understatement ..
Useless. DO NOT USE. Took money off me and have now apparently ran. Try and find a company which is reliable. Would also appreciate help finding a company which is run by the same people to take legal action.
Nearly 5 months wait and still waiting. I only hope and pray I do get the finished item eventually. Do NOT attempt custom design with these guys - they are totally disorganised.
Well been waiting nearly 2 months for a splash back I was promised 3-4 weeks to now see website is down, Facebook is down and all these bad reviews of people in the same boat.
Extremely happy with our splashback and the friendly service received. Fitted in our kitchen today and looks beautiful. Would highly recommend.
