Absolutely awful avoid like the plague. Three men came two extremely aggressive refused to take the sofa but yet had a good look around my home and I had to ask them to leave I don't know why they call themselves a second hand furniture store. The one man smelt so awful and persisted with grabbing my belongings and flinging them around with no regard. Overall I thought I was going to be attacked in my own home. Awful CTC should be closed down

It was ok at first to find what I needed but when they were meant to deliver they got my address wrong twice They never called me on the day of the delivery call to find out after 10 times trying to call and found out they had the wrong address. Waited for next day delivery as was told would be with me before 10am but never was again called multiple times .  Not very good on the phone and the staff is so and so helpful .. won't go again after the mess n stress

Have some very good items although secondhand are of great quality and fairly priced also the staff are more than helpful.

Waited all day long for them to come and look at the furniture that we urgently needed moving, but didn't show up. Not a text or call to say they couldn't make it...very poor

Used to be free delivery when they was in Tipton, Now charging for it since moved to West Bromwich while they get the stuff for free.

Hi, total , rubbish, don't waste ur money,   prices to  high,  all , second  hand used  furniture ,    go yo shelter, next door  better, service  to,  all  prices ,,

Pretty disgusted sorry but I went there because I hadn't much money and needed a bed. Paid £130 and after 8 months the divan base has collapsed. I know I only paid for a basic mattress but you expect it to last a year or 2 at least. I have to try and sleep around the springs because they are sticking up everywhere. You only got a 1 star cos I couldn't do zero or minus. Really disgusted as I now have to get another bed. Will never shop in there again and I will tell anybody that asks not to go in there. Very bad experience
