I would not recommend this company, Serene Furnishings, to anyone, they do not care for Customer Service, once they have your money they blame everything and direct you to the retailer even if it is a manufacturing fault, how can a fault be the responsibility of the retailer to resolve. My daughter had to sleep on the floor for 5 days whilst working shifts due to the issues we encountered with our purchase. Steer clear and spend your money with a company that care.

Ordered 6 hammersmith chairs which have a tartan pattern. In the catalogue it shows the stripe matching up with the seat & edges. When they arrived the stripes were all over the place & certainly didn't match. When we asked about this we were told they only come in pairs so you can't expect them to match...not sure how they work that out as you should get what you see & it shouldn't matter if your ordering 2 or 6. Needless to say they were sent back.

shoddy bed not fit for purpose and a customer service that is severely lacking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS would rather put no stars but forced to put one

One of the worst and most stressful shopping experiences ever.Bought the bed from beds.ie that Serene Furnishings are supplying their beds to.Purchased metal Lyon day bed for my 8 year old daughter.The bed first time broke within 1.5 months after using it.The front supporting metal frame broke in half.My daughter had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for nearly 2 months till they finally replaced the part.Then after another 1.5 months the back support broke away while my daughter was simply sitting on the bed and reading a book.Serene Furnishings accused my 8 year old daughter using excessive force to break the metal bed.The most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard! So according to them then their beds are of such a horrible quality that even the 8 year old child can break metal in half or break parts away????? Avoid this company by any means.Their 1 year warranty is non existent !

brought new bed had no fittings screws bolts nuts brackets no tools 130 pounds bed down the drain. Do not buy from this site there are ripe off
