Excellent shopping experience. Would recommend my friends and family to shop their. Argos in West Bromwich High Street, makes the town. It's always a busy store, loads of people everyday. Needs more staff. Take Argos away from West Brom, and it will be the death of this town. Forget about the new square. Argos in the high street is the focal point. That is my opinion.

Very slow service due to less stuff at the tills. Had only 2 guys at the till while about 16 people waiting, stuff was rude and tired, maybe because they wouldn't get any break in 12 hour work.? Should get more stuff especially during the New years time. Didn't enjoy the visit at all tonight.
