I purchased a 3seater chaise and a swivel chair from Cousins. Came between 6-8 weeks.  progress team were helpful in chasing my order along with service team.  Also the 2 delivery men mark and mark had no issues getting the furniture into the flat. They were friendly and respectful.

6 October   613 pm  drive was driving to fast and turned in to the head office in oldbury was fashing his light at every one on the road  much be  Drunk please look at you ctv cameras just by the  George pub on the corner of Broadway road  you will see your self how he was driving. You need this drive to stop work for you he's going to cause a serious accident.

Absolutely disgraceful - they use a third party delivery company. Dining room table arrived at store,  was transported to Nottingham. Earliest delivery 6 weeks! Moved into new house without being able to sit down and eat for 4 weeks. Delivery people arrived saying they cannot assemble table as they don't have tools. This was a £1800 solid oak table and chairs and now one leg has snapped off! Avoid.....

Pathetic and very poor customer service I booking my dinning table & display in nav 2018 was delivered 22 Dec 2018 but display cabinet was damaged and since then I am chasing and everyone giving me new reason. I asked the manager to cancelled the order and refund me back but she refused me straight away. I really very upset. They don't care their customer. I need to my refund back.

Delivered our replacement sofas. The delivery guys ripped our carpet . And have denied any knowledge of doing it  Would not recommend too any one Service both at store in Dudley and head office is disgraceful.  And when you asked to speak to top person of company You will be fobbed off with every excuses.

Very poor attitude. Rude and abrupt. Delivery point is restricted and they have no get up go. Most of the guys are just after an easy pay day. Transport manager arrogant as hell... turn up to delievery they think we will do them a favour and sit around for hours.

I ordered sofas from cousins furniture in Dudley. it was very poor service as the promised date was 2 to four weeks for delivery of the sofas however they  were delivered after 9 weeks. after this very poor service I expected the sofas to have with all parts however the footstall is still meant to delivered and the 3 seated sofa still had parts missing! when we contacted cousins in store for the missing parts and to complain they claimed that we should contact the delivery staff for the missing part. and after contacting the delivery staff they said it is there responsibility. After this purchase I would NEVER recommend cousins to anyone I know !!! I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!

Had an excellent experience collecting my furniture here. Whilst a couple of the lads were politely peeved about me arriving 10mins before closing, the guy who stayed back brushed away my apologies and couldn't be more helpful.

My dad asked me to pick a sofa up for him there a mistake in the phone saying it was open Saturday and we had the window taken out so when we picked it up on the off chance Rob the manager was driving past and wondered why there was a van outside his yard so he asked if we was ok we and told him our problem and sorted Mike the store manager to drive from Redditch to open up the yard couldn't thank them enough   top top service and very kind people

Because I work for a good company always helpful
