Shame you can't leave no stars on my 5th sofa in less than a year sent faulty one and broken ones now the latest one is falling to pieces. They don't answer emails or txt messages and if they answer the phone they say they arent trade price furniture

WHERE SHALL I START !! NO communication between them and me SOO RUDE AND JUST DIDNT CARE THEY TOLD ME IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED IN THE WEEK AND THEN DAY OF DELIVERY WERE OUT OF STOCK. BUT THEY WAS GOING TO DELIVER FEW DAYS BEFORE BUT I WAS WORKING KEPT CALLING FINALLY AFTER NEARLY 3 WEEKS IT GOT DELIVERED THE QUALITY IS SHOCKING I UNDERSTAND YOU GET ALOT OF SOFA FOR WHAT YOU PAY BUT THIS IS A JOKES I ASKED FOR COMPENSATION AND THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE SO I THOUGHT GREAT THE RECOGNISE WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW STRESSFUL ITS BEEN AS IVE HAD JUST MOVED IN MY FIRST HOME AND WANTED IT TIME FOR MY BDAY AND LEFT ENOUGH TIME FOR DELIVERY AS ESTIMATED BUT IT DIDNT COME ...... SO I COULD GET 25POUND IN COMPENSATION ONCE I HAD LEFT POSITIVE FEEDBACK IS THAT A JOKE I SAID IM NOT LIEING FOR 25 AND I NEVER RECEIVED BECAUSE OF THE FEEDBACK IM LEAVING BUT I RATHER PEOPLE READ THIS AND THINK FIRST !!!

Total waste of space. Company from hell. Total rubbish products .customer service total ignorance. After threatening with standard trading did manage to get sofa exchanged but wrong sofa sent out. Still trying to get it sorted. Take my advice don't touch with a barge pole ....look elsewhere .

Absolutely terrible customer service ! Wrong sofa was delivered in terrible condition -one cushion didn't even have enough stuffing ! Gave me 3 seater cushions on a 2 seater sofa so they didn't even fit. Then when you call to complain no one answers the phone for days ! Do not give your money to these people. On 14 occasions someone said they will get a manager to call me back - NEVER HAD 1 CALL BACK TO ME- Waste of £350

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Awful customer service! Don't get anywhere when phoning up trying to resolve a problem with the order (they sent the wrong item). Even complaining to them didn't seem to resolve the issues. The manager didn't care either.
