Avoid at all costs.was told I needed 4 fillings.couldnt believed that so sought a second opinion privately. Xays and exam showed that I didn't need any . .want to give zero rating to .this practise.reception staff rude too

Every time i have been there has been bad, i went there last year for a filling at the time i was unfortunately on UC, but it meant that i was allowed free treatment at the time. they then sent Several letters as they believed i was supposed to be paying (And if i was supposed to pay i would have) I had to send several Letters to prove that i was in the right, and i still have no idea where i stand on it. I recently went back for a check up and i payed as i now have a job, and they sent me a letter today saying i have not payed and i owe them alot more money. which i will not be paying as i should not have to, i have recites and bank statements proving so. Some of the staff must not be trained in how to deal with forms. The staff can regularly be heard being rude / crude and do not generally offer a good service. DO NOT USE!! go somewhere else. I really wish it would let be rate it less then 1 star...

They cancel my appointment, then they send me a letter saying i missed my appointment, and the job they did is so bad its going to take a long time and a lot of effort for a real dentist now to fix, aviod at all costs

worst dentist in norfolk. they cancel your appointments with no notice. and staff are rude. avoid!

The telephone system is nothing short of terrible, i was told by a stupid machine that i am number one in the 'call sheet' (i was aiting 26 mins) i gave my phone number for a call back which didn't happen, they do not call you back,
