The worst dental practice in Bristol. Do not register here if you actually want to see a dentist as they never have one! The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Appointments get cancelled at all times and no new ones can be booked for months. Refused to help a child in pain, who has been the practice for years.
A very professional, friendly, and caring dentist. I was also impressed with the patient service provided by the staff. My son and I visited the office for a dental examination. I was advised to wear a night guard following a careful evaluation of my teeth. The dentist and staff were very patient with my naughty child and entertained him until our appointment was completed. I highly recommend this practice.
I cannot express how grateful for the consideration and care i have experienced very professional and treatment just the best i would definately recommend my dentist avonmouth
Appalling place ! Don’t go there had an appointment for 3 children that had to wait a month for , only to arrive and find out it was cancelled no apologies nothing rude rude receptionist she should be sacked no manners at all ! Tried to say they tried to contact me when they didn’t!had no phone call no text message nor no voicemail no letter sent out waste of £20 of diesel and an hour of my life and 3 very unhappy screaming children under the age of four that had to be woke up to get in there ! Will be finding a different dentist
Cut me off the register because I haven't been for 2 years which was when covid started, and they cancelled my check-up and appointments during this time so not my fault. Said I could only sign back up privately. Says it all.
Absolutely superb attention and consideration for my daughter's jaw problem. Caring and kind dentist and staff, couldn't have asked for more.
My dentist has always been highly professional, caring, outgoing, and kind. I also found the staff to be polite, friendly, and respectful. The consideration, service, and support that they provide are greatly appreciated, and I would recommend them highly.
Absolutely horrendous. They regularly cancelled my appointments and when I wanted to book one because of an urgent issue, I was told the next appointment is in 2 months. I requested my details to be deleted as a response. They receive plenty of funding from NHS as they are supposed to see patients through NHS. In reality they don't. The receptionist was ignorant and rude. Asked me "not to talk to her like that" when simply asked why is it considered ok to keep a paying customer in pain, waiting for 2 months. I am still devastated and strongly advise anyone to avoid this business altogether.
Very nice dentist and dental nurse. Very helpful and friendly and accommodating when I had to bring in my baby in a pram. Loss of a star due to the fact that the sink is broken so you can spit and rinse after a procedure.
A very pleasant and friendly dentist, quick appointment, thorough and highly recommended.
