NO STARS***** Awful place.. been going here for a couple of years and I’ve had bad wisdom teeth and not one of the dentists there has ever mentioned that they are bad and need to come out. I missed an appointment and got a ear bashing from them so I have no switched to another dentist at my first appointment they told me my wisdom teeth have to come out ASAP and should never have been left so long! Discusting will never set foot in this place again

Treatments were always fair however after 2 missed appointments the practice decided to dismiss me as a patient. Probably my details were poorly recorded since I never received any reminder while my wife is getting text and email every time. I missed it by mistake and if I had any reminder I have had a chance to correct it in advance so I can attend. Instead my wife tells me I am no longer patient there and of course nobody bothered to call me to let me know that at least. Reception staff seemed many times to be all over the place and arrogant. Nobody picks up the phone during lunch hour so if you have the same lunchtime as theirs, you better not even try. Once I had an emergency situation and they gave me appointment in 2 weeks. I had to call 111 the same day and go to emergency dentistry to the other end of Bristol. Don't expect to see the same dentist every time. I registered to one specifically recommended by many and guess what. Never seen that person again. I did not mind because both are excellent but still asking if I am ok with that would've been nice.

Visited this branch and the staff were always friendly and warm. Gabriella the dentist is an absolute gem! She has a very friendly and professional manner, highly recommended! Thank you guys!

Absolutely dreadful. They cancelled appointment after appointment at short notice. Staff are rude. Would not recommend.

i cannot believe the bad reviews im reading as the receptionists are lovely, theyre friendly helpful and willing... plus my dentist does her best for me and i know  she will continue to do so, even though my teeth are a total challenge !!
