Our family has been with 'My Dentist' for at least 10 years, and I would say it definitely is the best dentist practice I have ever been to throughout my 59 years.  We have a brilliant dentist called Stan and he is amazing.  I had to come for an emergency appointment and was very apprehensive to see anybody else, but unfortunately, I had no choice as I was in a bit of pain, and I saw a lady dentist - Pankti Dhirubhai Prabhakar, and she was so amazing too, put me at ease, very knowledgeable and very nice, gentle and friendly.  she even has a photo of a blue sky above the dentist seat, which I found to be very calming.nThank you to Stan, Pankti and the reception team, especially to Sarah - I think her name is Sarah, she has been there for about 10 years or more - she's brilliant.nMany thanks, Sharon and family

I had previously given this dentist a 1 star due to the dentist we had before Mo I just got the impression he either couldn't carry out anything other than a check up or just couldn't be bothered!!nAnyways today, we got brilliant treatment from a dentist called Abeer Ismail! Even my 11 daughter came out of the room and said I enjoyed that! She went above and beyond and we had a good giggle. Ask for this lady, you won't be disappointed.nI hope this review reaches Abeer so she knows what a difference she has made to our my dentist visits. What an improvement

Had a filling done 8 months ago at the practice. The filling fell out in the last few days meant to last 7 years minimum. I then called the practice to book in and they told me since the dentist who did the filling had left I would now have to have a check up and then at a later date have a new filling. All of which I had to pay for. When this happened in the past, at a different practice, I had a new filling appointment within a few days all free of charge.nnHorrible customer service. Shoddy work. Clearly only care about how much they make and not the customers.

Absolutely  disgusting the way i was treated today  20/8/25.cracked my right  rear  tooth  this morning and managed a cancellation this  afternoon  great  £59 deposit and was x rayed  to be told  no problem  I'll extract it. He numbed  it then saw another  patient .Went  back  in for him to just  simply twist  and snap it off  leaving me in a mess and a phone number to ring  to get sorted!!! Ended up at a specialist in Leicester. I DEFINITELY WON'T  BE RETURNING. I must  add they chared me the £59 for assessment etc. But he quickly  voided the £219  extraction.

All staff are welcoming helpful and reasurring so glad i became a patient highly recomend this dentist practice
