After having a bad experience with a previous dentist and not going for a long time, Saeid really made me feel at ease. He took his time and kept me relaxed the whole way through, he completely took my fear away. The practice is filled with happy smiley ladies who are very welcoming. They are well priced in the market of private dentists to! I came to them for an emergency visit and signed both me and my husband up straight away!
I have always been nervous of dentists and I am so grateful I found Saeid! Thanks to his patience,professionalism and understanding I am much better with my dentist visits. All the staff are friendly and approachable - Simply the best! Highly recommended :
I’ve been a patient here now for around 2 years, recently moved over to the myoptions scheme which is low cost private. I paid £39.00 for a check up with Dr Saeid and I couldn’t recommend more, he took x-rays and offered me oral hygiene advice and was very attentive. Reception staff and nurses very welcoming and friendly, got me an appointment the week after I phoned. Over all a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.
My first treatment plan printed by the dentist was accidently thrown into the rubbish bin by the receptionist. Another customer saw this and told her otherwise she wouldn't have seen what happened. My appointment which was planned 3 weeks in the future was cancelled, the reason was that they booked the wrong dentist the other can't do root canals. I now have to wait 3 more weeks for my root canal and I run the risk of getting an infection which can get very serious possibly even leading to a stroke. My wife also had an unpleasant experience when she was told that her appointment was cancelled for no reason when she got there. The receptionist was grumpy, rude and did not even apologise. Absolutely shocking service.
Certainly not My Dentist, or no one else’s if you’re in need of emergency treatment. How can a dental surgery offer 1 emergency appointment per day? You are told to call at 8am and if you’re very very lucky you might win the lottery and get through after waiting on the phone for 10 minutes only to find that that one appointment has been taken! And this is all whilst you’re in agony from a terrible tooth ache, then after all that you’re expected to pay £85 for the privilege! It’s a joke and a scam at the expense of the patient.
Absolutely horrific customer service. I'd avoid this place at all costs now. They refuse to see anyone on the NHS, despite being registered with them for almost 5 years. I called about a wisdom tooth that has grown an abscess and is causing me a lot of pain and they told me I have to find somewhere else to be seen if I want to use the NHS... or pay privately and lose my NHS place with them ?! I asked where they'd recommend because they've been the only dentist I've used and I can't afford to pay for this privately. I was told they can't suggest anywhere and it's up to me to find something. I asked why they haven't sent any communications out about this because they said it's been like this for a year which is not true because I had been seen by them about 8 months ago and she explained they'll be going out over the next few weeks... apparently the only dentist they have doesn't want to see NHS patients anymore. I'm dumbfounded. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service from someone. She was so dismissive and passive aggressive about the situation and didn't actually care that I have suffered for 2 weeks due to a tooth they told me they wanted to keep an eye on in the first place. Essentially this practice is now private and they don't care about people who can't afford to give them lots of money.
Fantastic Dentist. They give you appointments quite quickly. Thanks to Beth, Hannah and Saied. Excellent service. Saied was very thorough in his check up. Looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended
Absolutely dire in all respects. After 20 years of being a private patient with the practice enough is enough. Even when requesting dental records the reception can't get it right or just extend their incompetence. Didn't even ask why I was leaving the practice......
if I could give them zero stars I would. I've been registered with them for years. I moved during the pandemic and they were telling people not to contact them. They sent a letter to my old address which wasn't forwarded, and they say they sent two texts, however, I have the same number and their system has not sent me a text since 2018. After they cancelled my last two appointments with no reason given, and had a several month wait to re-schedule they're now telling me they're happy to register me as a private patient, but not NHS. Edit 20/07/2022 and now they've stopped taking NHS patients at all. They couldn't be bothered to tell people this though, so patients are finding out when they urgently need treatment. Absolutely awful service for anyone not able to go private.
I was originally a NHS patient with them, I then gained employment in the area and missed an appointment as could not get time off in new job. So they removed me from there books
