My wife and I had our first dental appointments today. Such a first class experience all round, from the receptionist to the dental nurses, and Smitha and Melissa were just fabulous. Their professionalism shone through, along with welcoming friendliness and a caring manner. We are so pleased to be part of this practice.
Got a call from Receptionist Kat from Horncastle Dentistry was the absolute rudest person i have spoken so far in this profession. Thank god such poor customer service happened at the initial stage of the consultation. Helped me to make my decision to stay away.
It is with great sadness that we have to leave this dentist practice due to moving too far away. I was a nervous patient and will probably not find another dentist like it, but the dentist here are fantastic, kat is so welcoming and brilliant at her job all the staff are so friendly Genuine friendly best dentist ever.
I have been coming to the practice for Invisalign treatment since June and I am so pleased with the service and the results so far. The staff are really friendly and greet me by name even though my appointments are weeks apart! For someone who has always struggled with anxiety of visiting a dentist, this practice has cured me! The dentist himself is professional and very good at what he does. He explained the process from the start and I have recommended him to friends who are considering Invisalign. If you’re not sure, just book for the free consultation and find out for yourself.
I filled out the contact information after more than a week with no contact my review was very poor. The response from Kordel was very quick, apparently they had sent a response but I did not get it. After this rocky start I was able to get a cancellation and the treatment was carried out superbly.
I’ve recently received Invisalign treatment through Kordel House with Manu. This is something I have wanted for some time but I’ve put off for years Not liking the visit to the dentist. I’ve had Invisalign consultations at other practices before but still not felt comfortable. After my first Invisalign consultation at Kordel House, I felt reassured, happy and excited to start my treatment. Manu answers all of my questions and has made the journey pain free : The office staff are extremely helpful in arranging my appointments as I work 9-5 and do not live locally. I would definitely recommend for people to use Kordel House and will continue to use this practice as my main dentist going forward. I’m so much happier with my teeth after my Invisalign and can’t wait to see the whitening results over the next couple of weeks.
I had a checkup on Friday. I did not see the dentist until 20 minutes past my appointment time. The dentist looked at a chipped tooth and tried to fill it and told me I had some plaque but did not check each individual tooth. As I could not register on the NHS I paid £52.00 for that appointment and am totally disappointed with the appointment.
Previously, this dental practice was under the MyDentist umbrella and was somewhat hit and miss. They would be struggling to find and keep dentists. This practice has now been bought by a husband and wife dental team! I have had the pleasure to receive the most fantastic service from the female dentist. She is kind, considerate, explains everything fully. She is also extremely talented and capable. My last visit involved a filling, an extraction and a deep scale and polish due to lack of care on my part over several years. I was so well looked after I thought I was a private patient. The whole experience was fun and painless and I would recommend this surgery to anyone, especially if they be a nervous! It would be remiss of me if I did not mention all the wonderful nurses sat this practice as well. They are fun and professional in all their dealings. Thank you to the whole team at Kordel House....I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

Staff always very pleasant and helpful. Dentist was extremely careful and gentle, explaining everything as she went along and dental nurse friendly and careful too.
