We are a 6-surgery practice with 5 clinicians on hand to provide a variety of NHS and private treatment plans including dentures, take home teeth whitening and Invisalign with Dr Jagvir Sahota specialising in this. Within our team we have Dr Piotr Mazur who has a particular interest in Aesthetic Restoration such as crowns and bridges. Our practice is a 7 minute walk from Telford Station bus stop and train station, with limited public parking surrounding the practice. Paid £43 for a checkup. Booked to have a tooth taken out a further £100 deposit paid. Attended at given time they explained it was earlier however took my number down wrong so no reminder text was given. My dentist had email details etc. Offered no help or resolution for their mistake. Rude and unprofessional. AVOID IF YOU CAN
My family and I have beem using this dental practice for over 10 years. After covid i went for a check up to find my dentist had been changed without any notification and since then the service has been appalling. I presently have treatment for blood cancer and this requires that the practice liaisons with my haemotology unit, on more than one occasion they have been sent emails and they never bothered to respond. On enquiry they said they hadnt received, however I have proof that the emails were delivered to the correct address, they had been accepted by the recipient but then nothing. Then today after an appointment was organised for an extraction prior to starting chemotherapy they call me to cancel..... Edited 23/11 So after my last appointment when I took proof that emails had been received by the practice but they didn't respond my dentist suddenly says he doesn't want to carry out procedure as he is unsure of risk and the practice insurance policy what ? and I would be better going via hospital, takes yet another x-ray why if your not prepared to carry out procedure, and why not tell me this on first appointment so I could have resolved the problem and pain I've been in. Go to Dawley Dental practice for second opinion and in a week they carry out procedure. So basically if your NHS your put on the back burner because they can't rip you off as a private patient......
This is a practice who genuinely cares for their clients. And I have more confidence each time I visit. Thank you.
I must say my recent experience with this practice has been brilliant. Having had let's say a bad relationship with dentists previously i was pensive upon using this practice but im glad i did. Dentists are extremely friendly and professional, happy to recommend based on my experience
Decent dentists for a while, but over the last few years became a nightmare. Recommending unnecessary work, charging for everything that was once free scale and polish etc, cancelling appointments on me, appointments 45 mins after the proposed time etc. Then all topped off with them having the nerve to strike me off the list for not having an appointment in 2 years, when a 12 months of this was a pandemic, and they were only seeing emergency patients, and b they had cancelled at least 2 appointments on me during that same period. This info was only delivered to me when trying to book a check up, post lockdown...and the woman I spoke to sounded almost delighted to tell me! Hopefully this review will serve a warning to others, and you can avoid this rather unique approach to customer service. AVOID!
I have been a patient with my dentist at Stafford Park, Telford for a few years and I can highly recommend them. The staff including receptionists, dental nurses and dentists are friendly, warm and welcoming. I am a highly nervous person but my dentist, Ayesha puts me at ease and is very patient with me. Thank you to all at the practice
Don't expect to have your appointment when you book. They forgot about mine once, second time they forgot what time was i booked in for, third time the dentist was unavailable. Don't expect that reception is very organised when it comes to payment. Very easy to get double charged for treatments, which I found out few months later also needed to get my tooth done again at another practice so actually paying 3 times for the same tooth! Communication in this place is very poor, customer service non existing. Don't bother asking for manager of the practice to explain why they asking to pay again, this will take few months! Be aware, never seen place that bad and unprofessional before.
Although the dentists and nurses are very good here, the receptionists are a real let down. They actually seem to take satisfaction in being as rude and unhelpful as possible with no concept of patient care or decent customer service. If wasn't for the rubbish receptionists then would recommend the practice, but until they are replaced would suggest looking elsewhere for a dentist to register with.
Always efficient, friendly reception staff , Good dentists and hygienist. Very lucky to have this practice inTelford
Would not attend any other dental practice totally trust the dentist that provides my treatment
