Attended on an emergency appointment to have tooth removed. Was booked in with Ed, who was courteous, gentle and spoke to me the whole time about what he was doing. Gave me all the options I could take and listened when I spoke. Having building works done, but all the staff were lovely and smiling. Lola the nurse was great and didn't hesitate when I asked to grab her hand. I haven't been to a dentist in ages and will definitely be going back to see Ed again, amazing place.
The checkup conducted by Natalie and Ellie went very quickly and smoothly. Then the follow up hygiene clean appointment was performed to a very high professional standard by Alva & Millie. They explained in great detail the best processes for maintaining hygiene and answered any query’s I had related to dental health.nThanks to the receptionist Tyla, I was able to get the procedure completed earlier than originally expected, as she phoned me to let me know I could start the procedure earlier if I was available.
As someone who suffers from white collar syndrome, I was a very nervous wreck heading to my first appointment, but the staff at Dawley Dental Practice that I spoke to were extremely friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They made me feel comfortable and they were very informative about my examination and the treatment I needed. I would highly recommend visiting Dawley Dental. Thank you to the staff who spoke to me and who helped me during my first visit. I really appreciate it!!
Ed Lane is without doubt the best dentist I have ever had work on my teeth. Now in my early sixties I have a number of dental issues. Ed is so friendly and kind helping me to relax and putting me at ease. He explains clearly the best course of treatment required and goes above and beyond to explore all possible options to treat me in the best way possible. He always leaves me with total confidence in his ability. Thank you so much Ed.nnI should also add that all the staff particularly at reception have always been kind helpful and efficient.nnSharon
Building work is making a visit to this dentist not great. Very ad-hoc situation. Contractors park very inconveniently. The disabled bay was unusable because a car had to park partly in the disabled bay because one of the 8 contractor vehicles was parked over the marked adjacent bay. Contractors are fit and healthy and once they have unloaded material could easily park at bottom of car park or in Dawley Social car park. Management are aware of complaints but do nothing. Perhaps the practise should have closed got work done quickly and re opened. In reply my experience was that most of the contractor vehicles were not loading or unloading for the one hour I was there they were locked and just parked. You ask patients to use the Dawley social club car park but in reality the contractors should except when loading or unloading if you are instructing them to do this then they are not listening.
