absolutely awful, in pain, tooth ruined and more interested in money up front that providing the care we used to have

Not impressed. Due to poor health brain tumour am exempt from charges. Receptionist checked my paper work. First she questioned it then said it was ok. Had teatment which was good. Two weeks later had a letter from NHS saying I have got to pay £20 FOR the treatment and £100 fine. Its strange I lived in north east for 10 years never paid  penny. My health and circumstances are still the same now. I have now got to go through process of fighting this . Could really do without this added stress.

Allways received first class personal and professional treatment. My wife and I have been patients here for over 10years. Never had to wait for emergency treatment always given priority! Many thanks for your professionalism and service.

I haven't been there yet but I have been told by everyone that it is the best dental practice ever all staff members are very appreciated and I cant wait to go there and post my very own experience soooooon
