As a new client, I was nervous as I always am when going to the Dentist. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had some treatment and can honestly say it was the most positive dental experience I have ever had. Highly Recommend!
Fabulous new patient experience today. Arjun put me at ease as I was anxious. Wish we'd used the practice in previous years rather than paying privately. No hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. friendly reception staff and ran to time. Brilliant NHS service 5*
I have been searching for a NHS dentist since the day I have moved to the UK and to my surprise Albert Dental Practice registered me and my family in the very first instance. Thank you for be so welcoming and polite.

It seems the receptionists that work here haven't a clue what's going on!!! First I was put on a waiting list, then they called me to register as a patient. When I phoned to book an appointment apparently I was not registered and told it must of been a scam? They called me? Caller ID was showing Albert Dental Practice? They knew my name and that I was on their registering waiting list? Why would that be a scam??? They then said they would put me back on the waiting list to register. The Very next day they called me to book me an appointment for that Very day as there had been a cancellation? Very short notice for me and I had other plans so had to decline and be put back on their waiting list. I called today to ask if there was any cancellations as I'm on the waiting list and I'm now experiencing a problem with one of my teeth. Today was the final straw!!! I was told I'm not on the waiting list??? The receptionist didn't want to listen to what I was saying about what had happened before and dismissed the whole thing. Because it wasn't her she didn't care. Nobody wants to take responsibility and talk to you like your crazy or making it all up. Total Shambles, unprofessional and rude. I will not be trying to register here again. Patient's beware.
From a very nervous patient !!! it was a much better experience than I had built up in my head before my appointment. Lovely staff, very efficient kind and thoughtful the dentist was very caring, informative and reassuring and took the time to make sure I was ok after every process a lovely lady and despite my dentist phobia after my treatment I left feeling much more confident . Angela the receptionist was very efficient, kind and helpful on the phone. Asked me to e mail photo of my swollen gum, she would show dentist and advise. Within half an hour, I had a reply and was seen within an hour. Dentist gave me antibiotics. Would recommend. Many thanks all.
I was with this dental practice for over 20 years and it has now gone down hill,the dentists are very poor and the one receptionist is very rude and ignorant i beleive she is the practice manager.They do not deserve peoples custom and they definately wont be getting mine
