We bought 5 SlimPro designer electric radiators from this company. They offered the best prices and warranties and they look wonderful on our walls! I wasn't too sure what sizes we needed so I called the sales number on their website and did everything over the phone.

Faulty radiators. Company does not pick phone calls or return call. They don't give a returns address. Only registered office details, where you can't return to. Don't buy from this company.

Sadly i didn't see these reviews before buying a faulty radiator off them, they now wont answer any calls, emails or facebook messages. PLEASE AVOID.

Have tried calling this company for the last 3 days nobody picks up.
