Terrible experience. We opted for a premium Service which costed £420 for maintenance of our Sage Oracle coffee machine which included double descaling and deep cleaning. When they found out a fault in the machine, added another £142 for the parts and labour which is fine. Coffee machine came back 2 weeks later still looking the same: coffee stains everywhere, coffee ground residue in burr, tamp and drip tray, plus limescale in watertank. If you charge £400+ for service that includes deep cleaning, you should expect everything cleaned even after testing. Limescale in the watertank is evidence that your claim that “it has been descaled” is thoroughly false. After asking the engineer directly if he had done any cleaning on the machine, he said NO as he only replaced the PCB. In addition, they ask for other highly questionable additions in their invoice water level change for £49? What is that?. Asked about it and no response. Asked if they really actually done what they promised and no response. Very fraudulent. Will take this up to the ombudsman and to consumer lawyers as I get no response to my emails.
Second time I’ve used LE. I called them about 2pm for a faulty commercial dishwasher that absolutely had to be running for the next morning and by 8pm it was back on-line. Engineer knew his onions; explained that it was a temporary fix and what I needed to get done for the longer term.
So impressed with Alexandra and Luke at the London Engineers Company. Alexandra is so responsive and helpful, not to mention accommodating on dates and times for engineers to visit; and Luke is a highly skilled engineer who refused to give up on our freezer. It is now fixed and working like new. Thank you LEC.
We want to express our appreciation towards London Engineers Company, which has been looking after our restaurant equipment for the last few years. Royal Quarter Café is a busy place that uses the equipment in full and that pressure requires extra attention all the time. Even though LE engineers do regular check-ups of our coffee machine, ovens, fridges and a cold room, we still have emergencies from time to time. Even then the engineering company responds very quickly and does their best to sort out the issues making sure that we can operate as usual. We can ensure you that the job they do is professional and high quality. The recent jobs they did for us were repair of our fridge and a new cold room installation. Both services are perfectly performed and make our place even more productive. The cold room pictures are attached below.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLL !!! Engineer broke handle off my Viking Cooker trying to pull it out . Charged me the extra time it took to fix it and it cost £300 to tell me what I already knew was wrong with it Quote for repairs was extortionate , nearly 2k and said they needed 2 engineers to move the cooker . I have now found a lovely professional and honest tradesman who moved it on his own because he knew the correct way to do it without lifting it and he charged me a fraction of the cost quoted by these COWBOYS . I complained and was told to wait 6 weeks for a reply I’m fuming .
I have been using London Engineers Company with our business appliances installation and repairs for several years now - they provide excellent, professional and comprehensive service and I highly recommend them
Really disappointed - the most expensive call out and repair that was totally incomplete. DO NOT use this business. I am really shocked that they feel charging above and beyond is acceptable and using gimmicky discounts and free 'cleaning fluid' as an incentive.

Absolute shambles of a company and a complete and utter rip off! Contacted them stating my ovens inner glass panel had come away from the seal clips. I made the issue very clear and paid the excess to get a quick service nearly £300!!. The engineer turned up, looked at the oven and said “the glass is broken”, asked for a pen for the “report” and left. 6 minutes in total! He also stated “you need a new one - we don’t fix glass doors!”. Obviously I was fully aware that the glass had come away from the metal grips but I’m not sure £300 warrants stating the complete obvious. Even the report literally said “glass door broken” with no mention of fitting the part or any follow up plans. I called the office to gain some clarity on the situation and I received zero help whatsoever, nor did I get an answer regarding the cost involved in replacing the glass. When I booked this service the team failed to inform me that they can’t fix glass doors which seems like even more of a con, especially as the engineer made it clear that this was the companies policy. We work incredibly hard for our business and it makes me sick that companies like this completely abuse the venerability. I did not sign the job sheet stating that the job was complete as it was far from complete yet this company still took the money. I queried the price and requested to speak to senior staff. No one contacted me and they ended up taking the money from my account even after I did not authorise them to do so. They Claim this, and the way they operate is “company policy” with zero legroom to resolve the issue at an affordable rate. Avoid like the plague! If you are having issues with ovens do what I did - contact the manufacturer themselves. It will cost 1/4 of the price and you’ll receive a lot more help!
Gas hob ignition repaired and now work perfectly. Serge did a great job.
