Absolute SCUM! Avoid at all costs

What an awful experience! The owner is a complete nitwit! My wife dealt with them in November and they kept changing our appointment time. Then they called her on CHRISTMAS DAY trying to chase payment for work they hadn't even done. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible experience! The director harassed me into paying £600 for replacing a hot water cylinder pump, even though it did not fix the problem.

I have used MJC on more than one occasion and each time everything has been completely spot on. I must make a particular mention to one of the team named Kat who went out of her way to help. Can't fault the customer service nor the professionalism of the team. Top notch service
