Fast, reliable boiler repair in NW London. I don’t ever wish someone for their boiler to break, but if it does, I hope you call George. He replied at 10:30 at night and fixed the boiler immediately, without headache. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
George is such an excellent, decent person to deal with. Extremely trustworthy, with high integrity, very knowledgeable and telling the truth! We contacted him on a Sunday morning as our boiler failed to work and he performed on line diagnose and came on site soon and provided a number of options for us with each pricing options. All very sensible and we choose one so he didn’t the installation next two days. All processes are pleasant and we will keep long term relationship with him for future needs and I would recommend to anybody who is looking for help. Regards, Bill the happy customer.
George came within a few hours of my call, giving me a two hour window and 20 minutes warning and fixed my nine year old boiler. He was kindly thorough with advice on getting a thermostat and what sort of boiler to get next. V informative and well informed and I understand what the best option for me now is.
Called because my boiler wasn't working. Given advice on how to increase the pressure and get it running. Completely free of charge. Very kind and extremely generous. Will 100% contact them again should I have any further issues. Great bloke!
Rude- I sent a message to enquire about services and they completely ignored my messages after reading them. The least you can do is respond to a customer if your running a proper business
Our landlord contacted George as our boiler had been making a strange sound the previous evening and, even more worryingly, our carbon monoxide alarm had gone off. George came round the next day and explained to us in detail what needed to be done in this case, full replacement of a 12 year old boiler way past it's warranty. He also wanted to check on our wellbeing as he explained the dangers of carbon monoxide gas which our boiler had been emitting low levels of. He came round the next day to fit a new boiler, and it was all done by the end of the day. He also fitted 2 new carbon monoxide alarms and then went out of his way to fix a leaking pipe under the sink. We can't speak more highly of George. He is not only a complete professional, he also has the added bonus of being extremely kind, considerate and an excellent communicator. It was a delight to have him in our flat and we feel we could trust him with any handy jobs going forward. Thank you George for all your help! Matthew and Ellie
George was absolutely fantastic - managed to get out to me same day, spent a decent amount of time looking at the boiler and explaining how it worked, identified the issue and suggested a cheaper, better route for me to fix the boiler, even though that meant less work for him. Honestly full marks - can’t recommend him enough! Thanks George!
I had my Worcester boiler repaired today by Maher. He responded quickly and did a great job at the right time as the boiler really needed servicing. The house is now warmer using less energy which is great. He also charged a fair amount for the service and I would recommend him to family and friends.
I've lived in central London for over 30 years and George is the first heating engineer I've met who offers a truly professional, timely and fairly priced service. We contacted George in an emergency on a Sunday evening when our old boiler suffered a major failure - within 45 minutes he was at our property, ensuring everything was safe. Within 48 hours, he fitted us a new combi boiler. His buying advice was excellent - we felt like he was acting in our best interest throughout. He was meticulous during the installation and took the time to explain the new boiler and thermostat to us. He was prompt, friendly and overall a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend him and look forward to seeing him again during its servicing.
