The after sales has been terrible from this company. Numerous faults still exist over two and a half months after purchase. Car wasn’t ready when they agreed cause of short staff which has been a regular excuse. I had to travel from Brighton to Maidstone to have a fault fixed which should have been done prior to original collection. The repair lasted a few days and now I have been told I need to go back to Maidstone to get it fixed again even though Dan the salesperson told me they would have someone come to Brighton to fix. Just not good enough. Been waiting on a part for two and a half months. Wrong part sent and I had to send it back. Another part sent which I apparently have to fit myself. Emails are sometimes responded to sometimes not. I would never buy from autotech again. Joke of a company.

Brilliant place for customer service, couldn't fault Dan Sutton who I dealt with, personally sorted out my vehicle for me to pick up as soon as it was ready, all in all a trusted dealership

Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on, contest everything, would not repair a fault that was even on mot as an advisory and got worse . Avoid
