Great service from Motortech. Had my passenger side wing damaged in a minor prang. Motortech Turned the replacement & repair around in just 2 days. Brilliant service and a great job done to a high standard Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible service! Waited nearly two hours by myself in the waiting room. he’d already done the work on it hours ago all i needed was to pick the car up. was given no explanation why it took that long to do such a simple task. when i asked what was happening it was either “i won’t be a minute” or he was waiting for his boss or manager to tell him what to do. completely incompetent. on top of that the manager was shouting and swearing at my partner just for asking why it was taking so long. felt completely unsafe as a women. don’t bother with them.

Great service at a good price!  My car had damage to both bumpers and three panels. I needed it repaired but needed the car back quickly. I explained my situation to the guys down at MotorTech and they took my car the next day and gave it back to me within four working days in a pristine condition. They also saved me a tidy sum on what I was quoted from the dealership.

I have been using this garage for many years now and it has always been a very pleasant experience dealing with Andy. Their advice is always topnotch and their pricing always highly competitive. It is refreshing to have such honesty in this day and age. I highly recommended them.

This place is truly phenomenal.  The way they helped my son with his enquiries and gone out of their way to accomodate us and our child's disability is truly amazing. Andrew gave us such an amazing advice not just on my son's old car that was no longer road worthy, but also helped us to choose and purchase suitable new car for him. His help was truly immense to us both. He  helped us on so many levels as both myself and my son have no knowledge of cars, we would have struggled to make right decision. The car we bought through him runs like clockwork and made my son so happy  and reassured.  I will always be grateful to Andrew and his brother,  I would recommend this place to anyone as it has caring, courteous staff that is also full of knowledge and understanding.  It was honestly great, positive experience  we had with our MOT of old, and purchase of new car.

This was the third place I'd taken my car for a bodywork quote scrapes down to metal on 3 panels & a dent on 1 & it was less than half the price of the other 2 quotes, mainly because they didn't quote to replace the dented panel but to repair it instead. Also with the other 2 places when I then tried to book in for the work they were really evasive & never got back to me, whereas Motor-Tech were able to fit me in the following day.  Given that the car is only 3 months old & having read the negative reviews on here after I'd left it with them I was really worried but I've just picked it up & it looks as pristine as the day I got it. I'd definitely recommend this place for re-sprays.

As soon as these guys decide to stop taking advantage of us, then we can all move on and forget this ever happened and the reviews will be deleted. It's up to them. This is just the beginning. I wouldn't trust these with anything. Seek out another garage if you want trustworthy staff.NegativeProfessionalism
