Brought our business van here for a full service and MOT.  They changed the break pads and fixed a rear light. Staff were friendly, honest and kept us up to date with what’s going on.  Will recommend, as it is a garage with professionals that knows what they are doing and cares about their customers. Nothing is too much trouble for Phil and the team, dropped my car off for an MOT today, one major defect which was sorted and re MOTd within a few hours, price was exactly as quoted and the lady on reception was wonderful and made me feel so at ease knowing it was the first time I was putting my car in for an MOT. Highly recommend

Very busy garage. Managed to get an appointment within 3 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period. Standard price for repairs. £300 for a new tyre and wheel coil. However the place is so busy cars are parked up and down the street.

Class 7 large van MOT test. Faultless friendly polite and professional service delivered in an attitude free timely manner from a spacious garage impeccably well managed, clean and tidy. Steve obviously knows his stuff. No suggestion of overcharging. 100% 5 star service.

Really reliable and professional service. The pick up and drop off service is particularly helpful when you live a bit further away. Been using these guys for years and never had a problem. Highly recommended

Be very weary when using this garage. Took my car for an MOT which had no advisories on it last MOT. Car had been maintained and not long been bought on finance with a AA 120 point inspection. It failed the MOT on a binding brake caliper, brake pads and Wiper blades which I had just replaced before taking it in. I was quoted £250 for the work, on returning to pick the car up I was presented with a bill for £580 and they had installed parts such brake discs which were not needed and not on the MOT failure certificate. Basically I was quoted for parts and not labour as well and they had done work which was not needed and basically held me to ransom untill I paid.I would not recommend using this garage!

The owner of this garage is unprofessional, aggressive and rude. The work is overpriced.  I was verbally abused by Phill the owner during my recent visit.  I tell all my friends to stay clear from Egerton Garage and I advise anyone who reads this to do the same.

I pre booked an MOT and said that I would be arriving quite late on in the day as I was collecting the car from the seller quite a distance away. The garage had stayed open for me to drop the car off with no complaint. The following morning the MOT was carried our and I promptly received a call from Phil the owner of the garage that the car had passed and it was ready for collection. When I arrived the advisories were explained to me it is a 1972 Triumph Toledo which is getting restored and any potential areas for general improvement were pointed out. I would like to thank Phil and the guys for a professional and pleasant experience and can certainly recommend them.  John

I've been going to Egerton Garage for about 10 years now off a friend's recommendation, and they've more than earned my loyalty with great service. It's sad that this is even a thing elsewhere, but far too many places will patronise and overcharge you if you present as female - but these guys never do that. They just give me straight forward good advice, get the job done for a fair price, and keep my car safe and on the road. I'd never go anywhere else.

Couldn't have asked for a better service. Took in an old car for an MOT and they did it quickly, for a good price, and explained everything afterwards.  They were really flexible when I couldn't come to pick it up in the morning, and stayed open on friday so that I had time to come and collect it. Really likeable, friendly guys I would definitely recommend to anyone.
