Really accommodating regarding appointments. Transparent and trust worthy, did what they could to make matters more affordable. Will definitely be going back- it’s hard to find a trustworthy garage so it’s really appreciated.

It was an ordinary experience. I thank the workers for doing the service work. I bought a Major Service and at the end of the day I found the car exactly in same situation. I've been to many other places in the past and what they do is they give the car a good wash at the end so it looks fresh and definitely feels like it's been through some sort of care. This wasn't the case at Halfords and when I asked I got a straight no. I suggest Halfords to rethink this.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a clutch and Dual mass flywheel changed in my Audi Q5 at a cost of £1400. It’s only lasted 30,000 miles I was assured at the time the parts were as good as Audi but now I have taken it to the Audi dealer they have said it is a sub standard brand. Audi or Halfords are lying but the fact remains that a £1400 clutch replacement has only lasted 30k miles. Properly gutted and won’t be able to use them again because of this.

Overall a good place to get an MOT but very harsh on what is wrong. Never had a problem with my car but got it MOTed and serviced and both rear shock absorbers needed replacing apparently both rear breaks needed replacing too. I got the shock absorbers replaced at the rear however chose not to get the brakes replaced. Immediately after getting my car back I heard a noise coming from the rear breaks so I went back to the shop and was told that they needed replacing and that they did nothing other than adjust the breaks. I didn't believe them so I had a look at my breaks myself and found a loose clip/retention bracket on one of the shoes of my rear breaks. If this was intentional or not I'm not sure but unless your car is 100% fine I wouldn't recommend this shop. In addition very expensive compared to other shops in the local area.

Thank you pal I’ll see u tomorrow for the brand new tyres that ATS can’t get a supply of 4 regular tyres for WEEKS! Yet Chris has got them next day and top branded tyres! ! ATS u can learn a lot from Halfords members of staff !
