Great service on a Friday afternoon when we showed up with an urgent brake problem - they immediately made space for us, got the parts in, fixed the issue and stayed open beyond normal closing time to make sure we were all set and able to get on our way - all for a really fair price and honest diagnostic. I contacted Arc 1 Tec yesterday late afternoon, explained my situation with a faulty EGR valve, was asked to come down and try a diesel valve cleaner for free, if that didn't work to call back and book in.
