Friendly, professional and timely service

Great repair and Mike really looked after me.

It took 4 weeks between them and my insurance company Allianz to arrange for my car to even be assessed. A week or so later it eventually went in to be fixed but they didn't start work on it for another 2 weeks. I would avoid in future.

First class service

Contacted reception, got transferred to repairs, explained situation, said he will need to transfer me, after waiting 1 min, he did not transfer me, cut me off and put the phone down. Idiots. Avoid.
